Checkin was done by friendly staff, except a pretty arrogant lady at the reception. We received free drinks to shorten waiting time, nice.
We aleady arrived a 11:30 at the marina.
Chckin: we missed pointing to the not well working toilet pump
Quality of the boat:
very good was cleaness, already covered sheets and beds, a small "starter" package and the guy guiding us to the boat´s specifications were very good.
The sailing quality of the boat was poor. The boat is more for living than for sailing.
Checkout quality:
after 3 days the toilet pump blocked.
Caused by the repair, we wer not able to sail 1 day. The blockage was caused by toilt paper, obviously used from previous crews. The repair needed several hours, because the construction was not well and one could not reach all the parts. We were asked to pay 250 EUR for the repir, not considering, that we had fotos of the case. We did not use any paper at all.
The office manager and the arrogant lady forced us to pay.
And evena after payment, the behaviour of these 2 people on the next day was very weird. They did not even say good morning to us, tried to avoid us.
sailing waters:
in the last decades we chartered in many countries. Turkey is # 1 indeed for us.
Stars: 1 for the office staff, 6 for all the rest |

Suggestion: change the self-tacking jib to a normal Genoa. Sailing with the wind from the back, the slider does not hold, and the extremely small Foresail has no effect at all. |
