Stars" (6=very good, 1=very bad) praise and criticism very good shuttle from and to the airport excellent service at checkin/checkout Checkin was informal, checkout was done by 4 guys in a few minutes general state of the boat: good sails boat was good to be maoevered with both engines running very good space good equipped but partially not clean technical complaints, I found immediately were repaired immediately as well: battery charger, water running/leaking out at the outdoor shower technical complaints: very dirty underwater hull that casued problems with the cooling water system on starboard side and the speedo. Partially, only one engine was working. Impeller was changed by me. The water inlet of the engin coooling was chaned, so the engine always fell out. Starboard toilet was not functioning. Anchor too small for that boat. Anchor mounted on portside what makes the anchorage pretty uncomfortable. Reefing line of the Genoa was too short Recommendations for improvements CHARTERPARTNER´s comment about client´s feedback statement of the base (translated from german email 11.8.2011) the client told the base, he knows the boat since the years before, so the checkin was not so intense as it is done with newbies. Checkout is fast, because 4 guys check and each of them knows, what to do. Of course, on client´s request a detailed procedure bith for checkin- and checkout can be held. About Greece: client booked in Turkey. It is clear and mentioned verbally as well as in the informations on board, that service only can be done in turkish waters, not in other countries. We had a meeting with the sailboat of our friends in the sea and we couldn't be late. That's why we decided to leave Bodrum and don't wait for the new expert. For the boat "Miss Sofia": 1.weight and type of anchor don't correspond for the yacht of this class. Anchor chain and anchor winch are used-up (so anchor drops spontaneously) 2. Steering mechanism has too big slup (I mean free movement) 3. At boarding, one receives a handbook, which I haven´t seen elsewhere. I don´t mean so much the itineraries, but the technical explanations of the boat.
