The client´s complaints are not acceptable:
The yacht had no charter the week before (4-11.08), the skipper was on Friday 10.08.2012 and finished check-in and he was waiting for the customers all day on Saturday.
They arrived with a speedboat from Zakynthos at 19.00 in the afternon and formalities finished right away.
What do they mean? Please inform me.
Also if everything is so good, why we got 4 of 6 stars?
The completed a evaluation at checkout and all was indicated as perfect and satisfying.Why do they give 4 of 6 stars if all was ok? |
