It wasn't ready in the moment when we left port - we had to wait till next day. We were going with flotillia with strict itinerary so we couldn't wait. Stars" (6=very good, 1=very bad) praise and criticism translated from german: The boat was a beneteua 50/built 2003 and it was in excellend maintenance state. No technical problems at all. Everything as clean as new. The instruments were complete: nearly all that could be installed is on board: Plotter, Radar, GPS etc., and all was 100% working. Marina facilities with electricity and water-excellent. As well the showers and sanitary area topped our expectations. First class. The procedure of checkin was perfect and efficient. The basemanager Erkan (speasks german, english, turkish) made an excellent job and he ws very helpfull, even âfter we cought a rope with our Propeller he stayed friendly and patient. The ordered provisioning was delivered to the boat. This charterbase is the best I saw in 35 years of charters, indeed. with compliments and respect! Stars" (6=very good, 1=very bad) praise and criticism The anchorwinch did not work correctly, the chain fell down.Bad fixed.The engine of the dinghi worked fine.We returned very satisfied and we will return to the chartercompany if the inventory includes towels and a Plotter like other companies. Another inconvenience was, that we had to refill the tank at the end of the charter.30 boats were waiting for refilling their tanks. I suggest to inform the clients about this situation, and if known, one can take diesel at 12 a.am. and later enjoy some of the nearby bays. Recommendations for improvements The boat should be equipped with a starter kit containing lighters, detergent, WC-paper, soap. It is not acceptabl, why there are no towels on board. The GPS GARMIN 12 is obsolete, all the charters use a plotter.
