Very big compliments for the lady being rsponsibe for equipments- all was really perfect! All servicces like transfer and provisioning was perfectly organized and worked well! So I write it here: 1. It is new 2. Well cleaned 3. Bad prepared from technical point. Comments to the 3rd point: - Pump in one of the toilets didn't function (was fixed in 1 hour) - Outboard had a hidden problem: worked 3-5 minutes after starting, then stopped till complete cooling down. - Starboard engine had hidden problem as well - suddently stopped while maneuvring. - Annoying small points - doors' and lockers' locks etc I have some bids for the job of technical assistants: - I wasn't informed that engine is stalling suddently - technician knew it before, he told it at the check-out, and didn't informed client. It could finish with desaster - it is impossible to steer the boat with rudders while mooring. So the engine stall on the reverse while mooring gives a warranty of damaging other boats... Fortunately we were qualified enough to avoid it. - I wasn't informed that the Outboard doesn't function - so we had to work with oaks a lot at the firs anchorage. - We weren't informed (and it wasn't noticed at the check-list) about few small damages of the hull, finally we had were uncomfortable discussion during check-out. When we had a conflict about damaging of the hull, we could speak only with the youngest manager, and managment didn't want to speak with us (it was late enough - we started check-out at 18:00, and had discussion about damages at 20:00). We were surprised that management didn't want to take part in the review of client's claims. Managment position from the phone call: checklist was signed - it means that you are responsible, there's nothing to discuss. Recommendations for improvements Recomendations what to improve: it is necessary to inform client about all the defects of the boat (boat damages, equipment troubles etc) while check-in. And not leave it as a surpise for the client. Alltogether it was not limiting our fun, was acceptable and compensated by far from pretty ambitioned base-staff, both in Kos and Athens and their support and services! Thank you for that once again!
