all ok, a very nice holiday with only one problem: at checkin we indicated a rottened/damaged glass in the bow section, but we did not write it to the form, as well as some other minor important problems (some rottened things and leaks) at the boat and inside the cabins.
At checkout, another person than the one which did checkin asked us to pay 220 EUR for this, but it was already rottend/damages before.
This was really anoying and I hope, you will not make the checkout from another person that made checkin by that reason!
As well the level of tankfilling could not be controlled, because it did not work. By that reason, we could not know, if the tank was full at the moment of departure!

Because it is not possible to find out, if a damage was already existing at departure, it is urgently recommended - no matter which chartercompany - to check the boat´s state and notificate ALL and even small damages at boarding. At return, it is impossible to find out, who caused the damage, I´m afraid and sorry! |
